AATSL EXAMINATION SYLLABUS AND EXAM STRUCTURE
Only AATSL students who have valid registration for the year of the examination including those who have renewed their student registration for that year are eligible to sit for these Examinations.
A candidate is allowed to sit for the Final Level, only if he/she has completed the Foundation and Intermediate Levels
Examination Entry Forms and Pay-in-Vouchers are issued free of charge. One common form is used for all levels. Normally, the Examination Entry Forms will be posted to students with valid Student Registration. If he/she has not received Examination Entry Form from the AAT by post, student may obtain an examination entry form by calling over at the AATSL Examinations Division during office hours from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on week days by producing his / her valid Student Identity Card. Examination Entry forms will NOT be issued without the valid Student Identity Card.

Completed Examination Entry Forms, together with all other necessary documents, should be sent under “Registered Post’’ in provided envelop to reach Director Examinations - AATSL before the closing date of examination.
If a student calls over at the AATSL examination Division, he/she can enclose his Examination Entry form and other documents in a 9’’ x 5’’ envelope and put it into the box kept at AAT Centre for that purpose. Envelopes are normally provided by the AATSL along with the Examination Entry form:
Late Examination Entry Forms will be accepted up to seven days from the normal closing date of examination at the AATSL office, on payment of an additional 50% of the normal fee.

The Examinations Division of AATSL will post admission cards, timetables, and Instructions to all eligible candidates about one week before the date of the examination.
If there is an error in their names, initials, registration numbers, medium, subject applied, N.I.C No., etc. that has to be corrected before the examination.
The dates of the examination, posting of admission cards and dates for obtaining duplicates of admission cards by those who have not received them, will be notified through press notice.
The signature and identity of the candidate in the admission card should be attested by a person specified therein. Candidates should appear for the examination on the due dates, with the duly attested admission card and proof of their identity, that is the N.I.C or Passport or Driving Licence and Student Identity Card issued by AATSL.
AATSL students are bound by the Examination Rules and Regulations Issued to candidates with the Admission Card and Time Table.
A candidate may apply for all the subjects and sit for the Foundation and Intermediate levels together, or apply and sit for subject by subject, as desired as per the subject-wise pass scheme operating from September 1998. The maximum number of subjects one may sit in both these levels is eight.
