| Student Registration Procedure |

1. Calling over at Student’s Service Centre of AATSL during office hours (8.45 a.m. - 4.45 p.m.) and paying Rs. 100/- in cash.
OR
2. Obtaining these by post - Following should be sent;
a money order for Rs. 220/- drawn in favour of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka, Payable at the
“Narahenpita Post Office” with a self-addressed, envelope (12" x 10") indicating the required Medium
(English / Sinhala / Tamil),
OR
3. Obtaining from Reqistered Pivate Education Centre
The duly completed Registration Application Form should be handed over to AAT office or sent under Registered Post to Director (Registration & Membership), AATSL together with:-
These should be received at the AATSL office before the Closing Dates of Registration for each Examination.
Closing Dates of RegistrationA person can register as a student of AATSL at any time. However, for particular June or December Examinations following Closing Dates are applicable.
July Examination - before 31st January
January Examination - before 31st July
Upon the registration of a student after accepting the Registration Application, the Student Identity Card will be issued to the student. On receipt of the Card a student should place his usual signature in the space provided.
If the Student Identity Card is lost / misplaced, a Duplicate could be obtained on payment of a fee of Rs.100/= with a request letter.
It will be useful for all students to use a clear signature and initials separately as may be required.
N.B. Students should note that by registering as a student alone, will not enable them to sit for AAT Examinations. Students should send a completed Examination Application Form before the stipulated date for this purpose.
An applicant will be registered strictly according to the name appearing in the Birth Certificate. Any amendment to that name will be accepted only if it is endorsed on the Birth Certificate and duly certified by the District Registrar of Births.
