ඔබ දැනටමත් ඒඒටි ශිෂ්‍යය අත්පොත (Student Guide) ඒඒටී ආයතනයෙන් මිලදී ගෙන ඇත්නම් සහ එම පොතෙහි ඇතුළත් ලියාපදිංචි අයදුම්පතට අදාළ අංකය භාවිතා කර බැංකුවට අදාළ ලියාපදිංචි ගාස්තුව ගෙවා ඇත්නම්, ඔබ විසින් මෙම “Online Registration” ක්‍රියාවලිය සම්පූර්ණ කළ යුතු නොවේ. මෙම “Online Registration” ක්‍රමය අදාළ වන්නේ ලියාපදිංචි ගාස්තුව බැංකුවට නොගෙවූ අයදුම්කරුවන්ට පමණි.

දැනටමත් ශිෂ්‍ය අත්පොතෙහි ඇතුලත් අයදුම්පත සම්පූර්ණ කොට අදාල ලියාපදිංචි ගාස්තුව බැංකුවට ගෙවා ඇති ඔබටත් තැපැල් මාර්ගිකව අයැදුම්පත එවීමට පවත්නා තත්වය යටතේ මේ අවස්ථාවේ ඇති අපහසුතාවය නිසා මෙම online ක්‍රමය යටතේ අයදුම් කිරීමට ඉඩ සලසා ඇත. එහිදී, මෙම online අයදුම්පත සම්පූර්ණ කරමින් දැනටමත් ඔබ සතුව ඇති මුද්‍රිත අයදුම්පතෙහි ඇති අයදුම්පත් අංකය භාවිත කරමින් බැංකුවට මුදල් ගෙවා ඈති තැන්පතු පතෙහි චායාරූපයක් අදාළ ගෙවීම් පිටුවෙහි උඩුගත කරන්න.

Online ක්‍රමය යටතේ ලියාපදිංචි වීමේ පියවර

මෙම Online ක්‍රියාවලිය ආරම්භ කිරීමට ප්‍රථම, පහත සඳහන් ලේඛන සූදානම් කොට ගෙන තබාගන්න. (ස්කෑන් කර හෝ පැහැදිලි ලෙස ඡායාරූපගත කර): 

• ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත/ ගමන් බලපත්‍රය / තැපැල් හැඳුනුම්පත (ලේඛනයේ ඉදිරි පස .jpeg හෝ .pdf ආකෘතියකින් save කරගන්න)
• ශිෂ්‍ය හැඳුනුම්පතට අදාළ ඡායාරූපය .jpg, .jpeg හෝ .png ආකෘතියකට අනුව 3MB ප්‍රමාණයට නොවැඩි ලෙස
• උප්පැන්න සහතිකය (ලේඛනයේ ඉදිරි පස .jpeg හෝ .pdf ආකෘතියකින් save කරගන්න)
• සා.පෙළ / උ.පෙළ විභාග ප්‍රතිඵල ලේඛනය සහ අනෙකුත් මූලික සුදුසුකම් වලට අදාළ ලේඛන / සහතික හෝ සාක්ෂි (ලේඛනයේ ඉදිරි පස .jpeg හෝ .pdf ආකෘතියකින් save කරගන්න). සා.පෙළ ප්‍රතිඵල අපේක්ෂිත සිසුන්ට මෙය අදාළ නොවේ.
• පළපුරුද්ද පිළිබඳ සහතික (අදාළ වන්නේ නම්)
• පාසල් සිසුන්ට අදාල විශේෂ සහන ගාස්තුව පිළිබඳ ලියුම (සා.පෙළ ප්‍රතිඵල අපේක්ෂිත සිසුන්ට මෙය අදාළ නොවේ)

බැංකුවට ලියාපදිංචි ගාස්තුව ගෙවීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වන්නේ නම්, ඊට අදාළ උපදෙස්

ඔබ Online ක්‍රමයට අයදුම්පත සම්පූර්ණ කළ ද, ගාස්තු ගෙවීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වන්නේ බැංකුවට නම්, Online ක්‍රමයට අයදුම්පත පිරවීම සඳහා “Sign up” වී ගෙවීමට අදාළ වෙබ් පිටුවට එළඹෙන තෙක් ඇති සියලු විස්තර සම්පූර්ණ කොට “save” කර එහි දී පෙන්වන 11න් ආරම්භ වන “Application Number” සටහන් කොට ගෙන අදාළ බැංකුව (HNB / NSB) වෙත ගොස් මෙම අංකය නිවැරදිව සඳහන් කොට ගෙවීම කරන්න.

ඉන් අනතුරුව නැවත “Login” වී ඔබ අයදුම්පත්‍රය අවසාන වරට සම්පූර්ණ කළ තැන සිට සම්පූර්ණ කරන්න. එහිදී ගෙවීම් පිටුවෙහි අදාළ පරිදි ඔබේ බැංකු තැන්පතු පතෙහි පිටපත අමුණන්න.

Online අයදුම් කිරීමේ ක්‍රමය වෙත පිවිසෙන්න

Already purchased the printed copy of the Student Guide from AAT

If you have already purchased the printed copy of the Student Guide from AAT and made the payment to the bank, you should not complete the online registration process. You are allowed to complete the online registration process only if you have not made the registration payment to the bank by using the application number available in the Student Guide.

Special note

In order to facilitate those students who have already filled the registration application available in the Student Guide and made the payment to the bank but are unable to send the documents by post due to the prevailing situation in the country , it is allowed for such students to fill the online application and upload a photograph of the payment slip (which is with the application number mentioned in the printed application available in the Student Guide) at the payment page and submit the registration as an online application.

Steps to Register Online

Please ensure to have the below documents available before you start the registration process:

• NIC / Passport / Postal ID - Front side of the document saved as JPEG or PDF
• Photograph for ID (In .jpg, .jpeg or .png format and the file size should be less than 3MB)
• Birth Certificate - Front side of the document saved as JPEG or PDF
• OL /AL result sheet (if available) and any other entry qualification related result sheet /certificate/proof – Front side of the document (as applicable) saved as JPEG or PDF
• Experience Letter (if applicable)
• Special Concessionary Fee Letter for School Students (Not applicable for those who are pending OL results)

Instructions for Bank Deposit Payment Method

If using bank deposit for payment method, please fill in your details and use the application number given in the online form for reference during payment at bank. Afterwards, ready the copy of the bank deposit slip to upload.

Once the application is submitted, the information provided cannot be amended and hence please use due care in filling the application by giving accurate and complete information.
